Sometimes a great album is already recorded, but the budget to release it on vinyl is still missing. Community-funded releases let you help bridge that gap: choose a campaign you like, support the release and, if it succeeds, receive a copy of the record. Your contribution helps bring a record that is still in the making into the world.
We created this service so more independent artists and smaller labels can release their music on vinyl together with their listeners. Hanaton handles campaign administration, manufacturing and delivery of supporter copies. Each campaign shows its target and deadline; if the required amount is not raised, your contribution is refunded.
One contribution. One record.
Choose a campaign and contribute at least its stated minimum. A higher contribution helps the project, but still entitles you to one record. For another copy, make a separate contribution.
Success or refund
The campaign succeeds if the full goal is received by the deadline. It stays open until the advertised closing date even if the goal is reached earlier. If it fails, we notify supporters within 10 days and refund contributions within 20 days.
Getting your record
Production normally takes 90 days after a successful campaign, subject to material approval and production coordination. After manufacture, paid courier delivery is arranged within 20 days. Where offered by the campaign, collection from the artist is free. GLS delivery charges are shown at checkout.
Combined delivery
If you have already supported the same campaign, enter your previous contribution number in the order notes. We check whether delivery can be combined and settle any duplicate delivery charge. Orders from campaigns completing at different times cannot always be combined.
