2. Nature of the service<\/h2>

Hanaton K\u00f6z\u00f6ss\u00e9gi lemezkiad\u00e1s \/ Hanaton Vinyl Crowdfunding is the Hanaton vinyl crowdfunding service. Artists and publishers collect contributions in HUF towards manufacturing a vinyl release. Each campaign states its target, deadline and minimum contribution. It succeeds when the target is received by the deadline. This is a record-reward model, not an investment or a financial return product.<\/p>

3. Launching a campaign<\/h2>

Hanaton and the publisher agree the campaign page, target, record specification, contribution level and period. Hanaton may decline an insufficiently prepared, unrealistic or offensive project. The publisher confirms that audio and artwork are ready, all rights holders have consented, and the necessary collecting-society manufacturing permission will be obtained at its own expense within eight days after success and before manufacture.<\/p>

4. Contributing and payment<\/h2>

The supporter selects a project and contributes at least the published minimum. On success, each contribution earns one copy of that project\u2019s record. A larger contribution does not increase the reward quantity; additional copies require separate contributions. Images illustrate the planned release and are not photographs of a completed product. Payment is by card through Barion; card details do not reach Hanaton. Hanaton issues an advance invoice through Sz\u00e1ml\u00e1zz.hu. Before payment, the supporter checks the billing and delivery details, amount and shipping charge and accepts these terms.<\/p>

5. A successful campaign<\/h2>

The campaign continues until its advertised closing date even if funded earlier. Hanaton informs participants by email. The publisher accepts the manufacturing terms, particularly the copyright and material-submission obligations; Section 8 of those manufacturing terms does not apply to the publisher in this crowdfunding arrangement. Three test pressings are provided. Production is normally 90 days after campaign close; approvals, permissions and technical delays may extend this. After manufacture, paid courier deliveries are arranged within 20 days. Artist collection is arranged with the publisher where the campaign offers it. A final invoice is issued.<\/p>

6. Failure and refunds<\/h2>

If the target is not reached by the deadline, production does not proceed. Hanaton notifies participants within 10 days and refunds the contributions within 20 days. Refunds are handled against the original payment; supporters are not asked to submit card details to Hanaton.<\/p>

7. Surplus and remuneration<\/h2>

Hanaton\u2019s fee for a successful project is 10% of the total contributions, included in the campaign budget. Manufacturing and project costs are deducted; the remaining amount belongs to the publisher. The publisher may request additional records within 10 days of the campaign closing; after that deadline the remainder is paid in money. Settlement is on a net basis, with applicable taxes and contributions. The previous model provides for settlement within 10 days after project completion. No ordinary joining or project payment is due from the publisher, except the cancellation case below.<\/p>

8. Cancellation and consumer rights<\/h2>

The campaign model assumes committed contributions. This does not exclude mandatory consumer rights that may apply to the specific transaction. Any applicable withdrawal or complaint can be submitted through the withdrawal form or funding@hanaton.hu. If the publisher withdraws after launch, the campaign is closed as unsuccessful, supporters are promptly notified and refunded in full within 20 days. The publisher reimburses Hanaton\u2019s costs at a flat rate of 10% of contributions received, payable within seven days of invoicing.<\/p>

9. Shipping and contact<\/h2>

Available destinations and GLS charges are shown on the shipping page and at checkout. A contribution does not include shipping unless expressly stated.
